The 2-hour plan is a great opportunity for those who are new to kimono and those who don’t have much time to experience real kimono. Visit Kaminarimon and Sensoji Temple, enjoy shopping, eating and taking photos.
The plan includes a set of kimonos and a set of accessories, so you can go to the shop empty-handed. All you have to do is choose a kimono with the staff and have them dressed. The biggest feature of this plan is that you can use the bathroom with shower in the shop. You can return to the store and sweat after a walk on a hot and humid day.

Beautiful Kimono & Culture has options that can be used with the plan, but this option is also unique. In “Rickshaw Rental”, you can feel the atmosphere of Asakusa from the rickshaw. Asakusa, seen from a different perspective than ordinary cars, shows a different charm from the streets seen on foot.
Besides the rickshaw, there are a variety of pure Japanese-style options such as “Origami Experience” and “Lettering Experience”.

If you cross the bridge, there is Asakusa! Experience Japanese culture in kimono

Beautiful Kimono & Culture is located near the Sumida River, about a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Station where the Toei Asakusa Line and Tokyo Metro Ginza Line pass. Asakusa has many attractions such as Sensoji Temple, Kaminarimon, Nakamise Shopping Street, and along with the Mukojima neighborhood, the cityscape where the kimono looks great is attractive.

With the increasing number of people who have never experienced the Japanese culture of kimono, Tokyo’s Shitamachi is an area where you can still feel Edo’s “fashion” and many people visit it. If you walk around Asakusa in kimono, you will feel the atmosphere of Edo and the warmth of people you never knew before.
By the way, Kimono & Culture’s landlady is also an international school with a bachelor’s degree overseas. When a friend from overseas visits Japan, you can rent a kimono at Kimono & Culture, and the landlady will entertain you in fluent English.
